Diksha oversees the strategic and day-to-day operations of Artha’s clinical services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. She leads multidisciplinary teams, develops and implements clinical protocols, and drives quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery. Her responsibilities include collaborating with nursing and medical staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that all clinical operations align with the organization’s mission of providing exceptional senior care.

Prior to her promotion, Diksha served as Head Nurse at Artha, where she was instrumental in elevating patient care standards and fostering a culture of compassion and excellence. Her earlier roles as Team Leader at Paras Hospital and Artemis Hospitals, as well as her clinical experience at CK Birla Hospital and W Pratiksha Hospital, have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations and team management
