Customised Packages:
Artha’s thoughtful care plans start from INR 69,999 per month (excluding GST). However, the actual pricing is determined only after the resident’s medical assessment is completed.
We offer several customisations in our monthly packages to better serve the resident’s needs and requirements. The pricing for the resident’s care plan depends on the following choices:
Occupancy Options
- Single Occupancy – Private room for single seniors
- Double Occupancy – Private room for 2 related seniors (spouses, siblings)
- Twin Sharing – Share a room with an unrelated senior
Care Options
- High Level of Care: 24×7 Monitoring by a personal attendant
- Medium Level of Care: Constant monitoring along with assistance in activities of daily living
- Low Level of Care: For fairly independent and mobile seniors.
Stay Options
- Short Stay: 2-30 days duration
- Medium Stay: 1 month-11 months duration
- Long Stay: 12+ months duration
Other Charges:
- There is a one-time admission charge of INR 20,000 which covers all Transition costs.
- We charge a fully-refundable security deposit of INR 2,50,000 which is used in case of medical emergencies.
- A Petty cash register of INR 25,000 is maintained, which is used for the resident’s personal daily needs.
