Vineet Jain is the visionary Founder and CEO of Artha Senior Care, where he is redefining the landscape of eldercare in India through a blend of compassion, innovation, and operational excellence. With a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and a background in Business and Managerial Economics, Vineet brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to senior living management.

Since founding Artha in 2021, Vineet has led the organization on a mission to deliver high-quality, holistic care for seniors. Under his leadership, Artha has established itself as a premier assisted living provider in Gurugram, recognized for its modern, ergonomically designed residences, personalized care plans, and a strong focus on resident safety and well-being. Vineet’s approach centers on integrating the latest technology and evidence-based practices to enhance both the quality and comfort of life for seniors. He has meticulously overseen the implementation of advanced safety features, 24x7 care teams, and customized wellness programs that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of every resident.

His entrepreneurial journey also includes leadership roles in healthcare administration and business, further strengthening his ability to drive Artha’s mission forward.
